We take every precaution to ensure the best possible results, but please note that hand-painted artwork is only as permanent as the environment allows. Factors such as heavy condensation (for indoor pieces), foot traffic and friction from passers-by, and weather exposure (for outdoor or exterior work) can affect the artwork over time. If you notice any changes or damage, just get in touch — we're always happy to discuss a solution.In many cases the artwork can remain for months or even years if the glass is not frequently touched or cleaned.

Removing the artwork is simple and can be done by a professional window cleaner or by yourself.Most designs can be removed using a window scraper or blade, along with standard window cleaner or warm soapy water. A scrub sponge also works well for lifting any remaining marks.The process is straightforward and the glass can be returned to a completely clear finish.
